Build a Website for my hotel

Need a simple dynamic Website allowing to insert, update and display data. The data will be displayed to the users as a gallery, and an interface will also be provided to the administrator in order to update an insert new records. The Website must fit all the main browsers( chrome,explorer, safari etc) and different user devices such as computer, Smartphone, tablets, etc It is recommended but not mandatory that the interface will be written with the bootstrap technology, so the size of the screen won’t matter. I must have access to the code behind the website . and to the database of the website. It is also recommended that the data is kept with SQL. I need to have the option to log in as an admiistrator and change photos,text,and buttons. please check this template - I want to have the same design/animation: [login to view URL] The controls must be designed esthetically and user friendly. Each page must be done in two versions, one for the smartphone ( with less controls) and a second for all the rest. The application will identify which device is used by the users and choose which page to display accordingly. Favorite technology: ASP.net, Bootstrap, SQL server and Java. the website should work on my domain address.
