I have a panel currently, which is: www.uksmm.com.
I am currently renting this panel, but there is a lot of bugs in it, and feel that i should create an almost duplicate of this panel but with the same design, and along the way add some new features in that i feel would be beneficial.

If you are serious about working along side me in this project, i am wiling to offer you 15% of the business, which is around $900 a month once we have all clients on board.
This will mean that as you help us develop the panel, at a very low cost, we give you a share in the business, and as we expand you get the benefits because it means more money. You only have to be there to fix a bug if there is one.
Once the panel is created, i wish for it to be hosted, so that each customer that we have can just point there name severs to our hosting, and that is the way that the panel is hosted.
