Build a Website

I am in search of a co -founder for a website idea. I need someone as the Chief Technical Officer. The candidate must be from Bangalore , India. The candidate must be highly technically competent and experienced; one who can architect and build a website along with a team of developers. I would prefer to meet the candidate in person and the candidate must be able to show me his/her portfolio and would prefer if he/she provides me a flowchart/ algorithm / code sample of the following business requirement: Input: An merchandise/item website link of an e-commerce website. For example ; the complete URL of a item displayed along with its attributes such as colors, sizes, price etc in an e-commerce website. The item displayed could be worn by a model. Output: Just the item with a white background with no model. The software code should remove the model and keep only the item with a white background.
