Build a Website

Need a static website. I have few requirements 1: Its your responsibility to register my website. 2: I will provide name. 3: Just a static page which explain what my business will be, contact info, some pictures etc. 4: This is small computer support business. Web site should be attractive. Shouldnt be too colorful. 5: Its your responsibility to get some pictures from internet to upload it to my website. For example you can upload just a general laptop picture from internet to upload it to my site. 6: You must give me 30-40 minutes training on how to edit website. For example if my business address has changed, I should be able to goto site and edit it.
