My company collects various items from a few registered clients, corporate companies, I sort through the truck loads of random abandoned items 1: Sort the items, clean, refurbish and repackage the items. 2: I value all the collected items. 2: I add them to an online catalogue under various categories i.e. medical, furniture, clothes and blankets etc. 3: I register charities (name reg number, location,) who are allowed to browse through the products and apply for donation and delivery of various chosen items. 4: The charities will get the various items delivered to them. 5: On delivery of the donated items to the charity the site must generate a certificate of donation (attached) with the list of items donated as well as the value of donation. 6: Every corporate client must have his own login and password in order for them to log in and see the following on a neat dashboard: 6.1: List of donated items in my storage facilities + value 6.2: List of items + value already donated for current financial year. 6.3: Downloadable pdf certificates showing each donation, to whom, contact details, item information as on catalogue, value of each item and the total value of each individual donation done. 7: Registered charities will not see the values, they can only see the items available for donation (similar to an online shop, instead of adding to "shopping cart" they will be adding to "application list". The charity needs to see the catalogue of items available, the amount in stock and then choose the amount of items applied for. 8: The donor needs to be able to log in at any time of the year and download the donation valuation certificates. The donor companies needs to be able to add their financial year i.e. 1 Feb to 31 March, the donation valuation certificates will be added to their financial statements at the end of the year and be counted towards their social responsibility. I have had the whole site built, It is currently working but I need a more professional look and feel for the site to be presented to the larger corporates. Regards Jan
