We have developed an property agents portal, which allows multiple agents to login and publish property information. The website was developed using core PHP, Jquery, MySQL, HTML CSS, Andriod and IOS Apps. Here we need to look for an expert team to further modify the portal, focus on the follow milestones. Milestone 1: Complete the existing website's modification. The modification includes PHP, AJAX and Fronted changes. Need to modify according to our modification request and drafts. Also complete the email content fronted for different email formats. The property listing search function needs to be refined, also the database needs to be adjusted for Singapore property market. There are also fronted color and logo improvement, and needs to give design suggestions and improve the look and feel. Develop both English and Chinese version for fronted pages. We will provide Chinese translation. Milestone 1: Develop agent's sub-website into a few templates. From the Agent's login area, agent can select which template to use, and the template will be applied to agent's sub-websites. Include language switcher between English and Chinese, and develop both English and Chinese versions. We will provide Chinese translation. Milestone 3: Develop agent's account and invoicing system, may integrate with 3rd party existing PHP invoicing system, and do the customization. Need to complete the online payment and credit payment into agent's account, generate PDF invoice and payment remainder emails. Milestone 4. Develop the existing website's mobile APPS in Android and IOS.
