Build a Website

We, TripleC H, which is a start-up company on a shoestring. We want to build on the website is divided into two steps.
First, we will create a page for consumers to know our activities and through the input E-mail address to participate the activities. The website could calculate the number of participants and keep the information into our database.
Second, after we have expected number of people , we will establish the shopping page to connect cash flow, and generate cash flow by sending EMAIL to the menbers. I hope this site can contain discussions and Q & A page , or even the establishment of a membership system.
We currently focus Taiwan market and hope to collocate advertising and marketing.
Domain Name Server(DNS)
We need a person who is familiar with WordPress hosted or other website hosting tool.
Be able to WordPress programming is precedence.
We also can discuss these two steps together for your convenience.
