I am looking for a custom website CMS to be created for a private World of Warcraft server I am making. I would like it to have some basic features such as: integrated forums, administration control panel, latest news posting system (for the front page) and a server status section. The ideal candidate will possess experience with World of Warcraft emulation servers, PHP, MYSQL databases and graphic design.
