I am starting my interior design business and would like a simple and elegant but modern website that reflects my personal style as a designer. Since I am just starting out I don't need much there except for basic pricing, contact info, and portfolio. Maybe a small about me section, and an email form. Possibly a way for them to book consultations online and pay online. I don't want something boring and cookie cutter, I want something cutting edge and beautiful. Simple, yet effective, leaving a lasting impression on those who interact with my site. My personal design preference is midcentury modern, with simple and minimalist lines, but with texture and color. I LOVE gold! I love white, and grey, and natural elements, with pops of finesse and glam. I am just wanting my website to reflect who I am, and the clients I am looking to work with. Since I am just starting my business, I don't have a lot of "Real life" project photos yet, mostly design school work, and work I have done for other companies, along with a few residential projects I have done lately. So we need to be creative how to best display my portfolio, to show I have experience, even though I may not have too many images too show for it at the moment (if that makes sense).
