I am in need of redesigning our website. I would like to have my new website to have the same functionality as the following website:

[login to view URL]

However, I need the new website to have the same branding and feel as our old website:

[login to view URL]

I would like the website platform to be built in WordPress. I will provide to the web designer a storyboard of the different pages and framework to be used that is similar to [login to view URL] to allow website visitors to click through to their area of interest. The vision is to have the same type of website as [login to view URL] except it will have the branding of our existing company website with our own unique content to click through.

I would like to start this project ASAP and have a limited budget.
