Build a Small Website

We need a website about companies that produce Medicinal Marijuana, their news and their publicly traded stocks at the Toronto Stock Exchange for the main website and NASDAQ for the USA traffic. On the website there will be: - live feed of the real time stock prices as well as the graphs from [login to view URL] for Canada and [login to view URL] for USA we will give you the list of ticker symbols that will be on the website - each Medicinal Marijuana company will have a page on our website with the real time stock price and graph, info on the company, website, social media accounts etc The website will fetch news from the respective company's website or official news data base: e.g. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - space for google ads and other sponsored content. We have to be able to change it as we want. - we will write articles that will analyze companies in the form of blog posts - subscribe to newsletters. that will be a paid feature people will have to pay for on a monthly basis with recurring payments. - we need geo targeting because there will be two different target audiences: USA and Canada if the visitor is located in the USA the person will see [login to view URL], but if the person is from Canada or elsewhere around the world the person will see the main website. there will be some more minor features.
