Build a Responsive Website in Wordpress

Hello, I would like to get a responsive website developed in Wordpress with a fresh design. I would be providing suggestions for designs but need creativity from your end. Responsiveness should be done through wordpress. Here is my Old Website URL : [login to view URL] This website design needs to be changed completely. I will provide details for all the pages. All the pages should be backend manageable. Also there would be a payment gateway which would be installed in the card section. Paypal would be integrated for paypal payments and a 3rd party payment gateway would be integrated for Credit and Debit Card Payments. The card subscription would be managed in backend i.e. each card is valid for 1 year. Also a user can purchase multiple cards. I need someone who is good at design and coding and who is available for next 6-7 days continuously to finish this task and can send in daily and quick updates. If you are not available for next 6-7 days, or is on a holiday for weekend or whatever then do not bid. Need quick turnaround time. Also would be needing atleast designs of 3 pages to be done by EOD today. Only serious bidders and no Spammers. Bidder with minimum turnaround time and minimum bid would be selected. Payment would be done in 2 phases. 50% on half project completion and 50% on 100% project completion.
