I want a website similar to [login to view URL] and want to support rest api, sending json responses. The offerup website is a sell and buy website for used products but more emphasis on mobile. I want the developer to use Django for the website development. Should be an iterative development with Rest-Apis exposed in each development. This Rest Apis will be used for mobile devices. Write automated unit/functional tests. Simple webpage to fire and show JSON for different build servers, qa, staging, dev and prod. Can use/integrate prebuilt Django Apps.
