I require the build of a smart mobile phone app compatible with iPhone and Android. The main aim of the app is that local people (customer) need to find certain professions nearby such as a plumber or electrician (supplier) as long as the plumber or electrician is logged in and/or shown as 'available' on the app. There needs to be a filter function for the customer to view what profession the supplier is and also how far they are to the customer in real time. Another function it must have is that the customer can write a small advert and suppliers can place a bid for the work required (a bit like [login to view URL] website but an app instead. I want it to be a free app to download. All of this also needs to be backed up by a website whereby customers and suppliers can view everything the same as the app, log on, etc. I am happy to receive any ideas or suggestions you may have when you place your bid. Please be realistic, and the one with the best bids and suggestions will be awarded the work. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The above is a very simple explanation of what I want doing so please ask me questions and give suggestions. I want it to be a very professional looking website and app. Payment will only be made at the end.
