Build a Email Template for Emma (Marketing program)

I want to create some new email templates for our email marketing program "Emma".

I need 2 templates for our Australian Customers and 2 templates for our NZ customers. I have attached a jpg of the layout we’re happy with. You can see the middle section is the content area. This section must comply with Emma’s template requirements so that we can easily drag and drop content into this area. So you must have prior Emma experience.
The templates will be similar - the NZ template will have links and phone numbers relevant to the NZ site. The AU will be relevant to the AU site.
There will be 2 for each region. 1 as shown in the attachment, plus a simpler version without the category images and a reduced footer. I can provide an example of this too.
Conditions:
1. You must be able to provide evidence of previous experience with Emma.
2. The template must be mobile responsive
3. The Template must work with Emma's email creation platform (ability to drag and drop into the content area)
