Book cover design

Hello I'm looking for a designer with DTP experience. Please, bid only if You have it. What I'd like to ask him to design is a book cover. A5 format, all three parts are to be designed (front, spine, back). I'll give a title (3 words), author, subject (it is marketing related), and some text and photo for back cover. Final product should be provided in print-ready form, with all the restrictions of such (CMYK, bleed, fonts converted to curves and all the rest of those). Format - vector based with embedded photos and graphic elements. It can be AI, EPS or PDF (but not Photoshop PDF export). It's enough if You show me Your past book cover designs or other good examples of design for printing.
