Banner Ad Graphic Designers Needed

We are looking for a few talented designers to create unique 400 x 400 banner ads for a website we are creating based around self-improvement. The goal of these advertisements is to generate leads to the website. We're looking for a few designers with an eye for marketing and creativity to create around three to five unique ads each, with the expectation to receive editable PSD files of each final ad created. Fluency in English is desired to ensure a smooth turn around and banner text design, though we will provide you with text taglines and so on. Those hired would be mostly chosen for the banner design and creation. We will prioritize individuals who can ensure a fast turn around time for two of the three to five ads by Sunday night, mountain time. (The rest could be completed later.) As we are hiring multiple people, our budget is compact (fixed price = per applicant versus entire budget total), but possibly negotiable in exchange for quality, but applications that fit in the project budget will receive higher priority. Please price your bid for five ads each, but if you could mention the price of a three ad campaign that would be helpful.
