Alter PHP/MySQL script (easy)

Hello Freelancers. If you are a decent Developer, this is an hour work. For me as a novice, not. I have an existing file uploading script: [login to view URL] This is a Filesharing script where people can make money by uploading their files and either set them as free (no money for them) or as paid (a paid to me and they get an set percentage to their account balance.) While this could be a good thing, I am looking for a different model. I need this script modified to add some small amount to the users balance for every download, where download location is the variable amount (example: more for US download, less for Nigerian downloads). The concept is simple: People upload and share their links to make money, I make Ad revenue. A Geo-location system is already in place, so no need to implement that, I need the modifications so: - User can no longer mark files a Premium and set a Price for them. - Balance grows with completed downloads. - Option for me to adjust how much every download from every country is worth.
