Developer required with API experience, preferably with Eve online experience

To develop a simple to use website that will do the following Pull a large amount of data - updated on demand from a third party site. Once the data has been updated it then needs to work on comparisons and display that data in a way that is determined by user filters. This project is related to the online game EVE Online. The data will be pulled from sites like eve-central.com. This will be all market data pulled by market groups. Once the data has been pulled it needs to do the following. Compare maximum buy price against minimum sell price of specific items, market groups and other user defined filters. It then needs to display the requested information to show min sell, max buy, price differential, profit margin, historical average price and volume traded. There also needs to be a user filter so that a user can define where the data is applicable to, i.e. station, system or region. The user filters will be. Top 10 profit margin Top 100 profit margin Top 1000 profit margin Highest volume traded Market group (i.e. Cruisers) There also needs to be an option to apply multiple filters. I.e. Top 100 profit margin in cruisers, frigates and destroyers Once the user has created this filter then they need to select location Station System Region The user will then be shown a list of items relating to their filter in the format mentioned above. Backend control panel. The backend can be very basic. Admin: Admin can add/remove user accounts, create and reset passwords User: No requirement for a control panel. The Freelancer carrying out the work will also be required to set this up on my web hosting provider. Should this project be completed successfully then there will likely be further eve work provided.
