Build Directory and Deals Website

I am looking for a skilled developer to build my new website. My domain is [login to view URL] and it will be a high-end directory and price aggregator for the legal medical and recreational marijuana industry in the United States. I am looking for a site that combines the best features of the following sites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and simpleweed.org. I like the directory style listings and the listing layout found on [login to view URL] and easyweedfinder.com. I like the deal and price aggregator feature of Leafbuyer.com. I also like the overall color and look of this site. I like the advanced search feature of simpleweed.org. My site should allow free, basic (fee), Intermediate (fee) and Premium (fee) memberships. All membership levels should allow the submission of new listings. The fee based memberships should allow a listing owner to claim a listing that they own. Once claimed, they should be able to update the menu of items offered, prices, etc. Please use the example sites to determine what information should be included. The site should also allow for a blog, news and advertising. I am hopeful that the entire site can be developed on the back of an easily manageable platform such as Wordpress.
