Design Logo and website design for existing Wordpress site

I need a logo and website design for my new business. My business is assisting visiting foreign students at a performing arts school in New York City obtain short term housing. My target audience is captive so I don't need the site to sell the clients on my service as much as I need them to have confidence that it is a professional business. I have a basic website in Wordpress that I created on my own before I realized I have no creativity or design abilities. (Ignore my gramatical errors) I thought It might be a good template for you to begin with but I'm also open to a completely new concept. I want the website to be basic yet professional. It will probably be 4-5 pages, a home page with introduction explaining my service with a link button that connects directly to the application page, a FAQ page, an application page which will require payment thru PayPal or other payment service to submit the application us via email, a Contact Us page, and a Landlords page where landlords and building owners can send us info about their buildings for consideration. As the business grows I may expand to help students at other schools so I don't necessarily want to focus of the fact that it is a performing arts school. My target audience is the parents more than the students.
