Designing 3 pages of simple voting system flat design only

Hi, I need someone to design three pages for me in Flat design concept I need it clean and creative and attractive... the pages are as bellow: 1- log in page where (social media is used along with normal log in) 2- the second page would be list of thumbnail picture of the around 20 along with banner, as well as two widget design (top better 5 and top worse 5) 3- once you click on the picture of any of them it should display bio of that person along with it's picture bio can be both person and professional, Note: this would be multiple language so I need somewhere in design a place holder where it shows to change language when click a button the design should be browser compatible , I would prefer twitter bootstrap and it's HTML/CSS only no other server side coding and PLEASE READ EVERYTHING before biding I need serious business not default proposals if you have some work show it.
