Creative HTML 5 expert needed for small website jobs

We need a creative HTML5 web developer for small jobs to be done at a good pace. Most jobs should be able to be completed within few hours. The following will be the requirements/ process that the selected freelancer has to have/ go through and deliver: 1. Must have proven skills in HTML5 with creativity and graphic design skills [must show some prior work that can be identified as the work of freelancer] 2. A selected template, respective images/logo and site structure will be provided to the Freelancer. 3. Freelancer must come up with a nice and creative design using the given images and within the provided template. 4. Freelancer must have time to complete the prototype within one day (or maximum two days) and must agree to revise suggestions a maximum of 5 revision requests (Revisions would not be major as the templates are provided) 5. Freelancer who suggest creative ideas would be preferred. The successful freelancer/s has/have the opportunity work on multiple projects based on outcome of first. Currently we have about 5 websites to be created. We would like to build a long term working relationship, if we find the right freelancer to undertake our jobs. Thank you for your bid in advance
