The Harris County Housing Authority is looking for a responsive design that will scale for tablets and mobile devices. It requires a flexible, informative web site that is easy to maintain. In addition to designing a user-friendly site with an intuitive interface, it must also be built on a web-based, database-driven administration tool that allows key management personnel to easily update content without directly accessing source code. We would look to use a common platform and not a proprietary content management system. See the attached file for more information. HCHA would like bids to be submitted by December 17, 2013. In your response, please provide your fee, a resume, examples of 5 previous sites you have created, and 3 references. We can discuss whether the successful bidder is open to a multi-year support contract or would like to simply create the website and have subsequent changes/support negotiated at a later point.
