Convert a Template to a Website

I have already created my website using wordpress theme X by themeco. I'm looking for someone ideally with experience working with the X theme by themeco (available on themforest). I created the page using just the basic shortcodes available with this theme and I would like someone to take what I have built currently and bring it to the next level by using some of the other shortcodes packaged with this theme that I have not yet implemented and perhaps suggesting some improvements that can be made with some basic CSS or other revisions or additions. For example adding some sliders to my page and some embedded video. I will provide the video, images, and text content. I just want a pro to take my current work to the next level. I would also like for the logo I created (using paint, lol) to be converted to a professional high resolution version.
