Build a Google Apps Website

I am looking to have a Google site made for my company Site it will be the same color as the logo I will provide. The company is an app development company it must have a section on the site / a frame where it shows all apps made by the company on the playstore site. The kind of style I like the look of is [login to view URL] The site should have a front page/welcome page, a portfolio page where it will a window that displays all the apps on the play store. a Submit idea page where I can embed a Google form to submit ideas for apps for profit share. finally a contacts us section. Where needed should have the ability to add the content myself liek intro contact us and form link.
