Design and Create an Explainer animated video for website services

I need a skilled designer or company to design and create an "Explainer" video to explain our website and how it works. We will provide the website to the selected designer. Essentially the purpose of our website is: "We connect buyers to suppliers". But we still need a good video to explain the benefits of our website to prospective customers. It would be a short 1minute video that explains what we do and the services that we offer. If the first video is good, then you will create a second and third video for us. We want the video to capture the visitors eye and the video can be either 2D or 3D animation. We will provide the main part of the script and you will make improvements to the script to make it very easy to understand and convincing. I will want to see examples of similar videos that you have created. We are looking for someone who can work for us LONG TERM, must be reliable, lots of communication, and fast and hard working.
