App Layout Design

Design a Mac OS X application, as described in detail in the attachment. The application concept is inspired by Xcode 4 as an application. The objective is to follow the concept described in the document, but to create a graphically appealing detailed design. A minimalistic but beautiful and intuitive design is required. The expected output are "screenshots" of the application mockup, at least of the three central screens, and preferably also of the 3 left pane options. Please describe what you intend to provide for the provided estimate. You will be judged not only on price, but also on what you offer to do for the suggested price. You will be also be judged on the links you provide that are relevant to your work (either something you created before, or something that is relevant to the current work).
