A4 flyer template

Hi, I need a flyer template made up in A4 size I have included an example of a nice looking one for reference. however you are to keep in the same theme as the website for the company [login to view URL] the font is Engravers Gothic. You need to include areas for Main and Sub Heading No. of bed, bath, cars and land size Contact details Images (main and subs) Logo Property description Call to action bubble Use generic text and images for display purposes and I can fill in the rest as it is just a template. You will need to provide this on .psd file format with all layers unlocked and all copyright will belong to me. YOU WILL PROVIDE a draft of how you see this project looking when completed, I will select someone fast as this project is urgent. Cheers and good luck.
