design layout for marketing pieces for real estate agent

I am an Independent Real Estate Agent and require 2 real estate marketing pieces to be designed. 1. 8 1/2" x 11" double sided Just Sold/Just listed Property Feature Sheet 2. 17" x 22" double sided folded Property Feature Booklet I am looking for a graphic designer who has experience in flyer layout and design Examples of previous work a must. Proficiency in English language a must Predominantly Email communication but must be open to phone or skype communication as well. Real Estate marketing design experience would be preferred but not mandatory. The marketing pieces must be created in a format where photos and text can be changeable in future as well as ready to print PDF format My printer prefers work to be set up as follows: Export as PDF file (preferred) All images should be 300ppi or higher (at 100%) CMYK colour mode 0.125 inches of bleed on all sides (0.25 inches additional width and height) 0.125 inch safety margin (inside trim line) I have complete instructions, logos, high resolution photos, some art work and branding already created and available in [login to view URL] to view.
