Barber Shop Logo/T-Shirt Design

I am interested in a design that can and will be used as a logo for a Barber Shop Business, but will also be used as a design that will go on the front of the company t-shirt. I would like 3 possible designs that might be used. I would like the following on each design: Miracles Hair Design 315 Raymond Road 601-373-9444 I would like the word "Miracles" to stand out more than anything on the design, because it is the name of the business. I would also like the image of a barber pole on each design. I will leave creative design up to the chosen graphic designer, but the colors that can be used by the designer are either red, black, blue, white, or gray. All of the colors don't have to be used, but if any colors are used, these are the ones i want used. I would like to be able to use each design on both a white or light colored t-shirt, and also a black or dark colored t-shirt. The chosen designer must be able to provide each design in appropriate formats that will be required of the transfer company i use (i.e. vector format, 300 dpi, psd, ai, etc...) I would also like to receive all copyright rights to the designs after payment.
