Hi Everybody, I need design a background, below are the following requirements…I attached an image that the client referred to. 1. Neon colors with a platinum disco ball 2. The whole background should have the textured metallic as the disco ball attached, but add & blend gold metallic within the textured structure background. Think as if you were to stretch the whole disco ball to cover the whole page and add everything in neon colors on top of that. The design need be great quality and creative. The image "[login to view URL]" is the idea how i want the design looks, the image "[login to view URL]" is the image to the artist to use. NEED BE DONE BY TODAY. Thanks
