I have designed sites with very similar functionality to this before (if necessary, I can provide links and/or contact information), and can do it quickly and easily, and make the entire site have a backend that you can edit, to keep your site up to date and expand it without my help in the future. I plan on building PHP extensions and using existing extensions from and around Wordpress to setup your site and make it look exactly the way you want it, and my experience with PHP and HTML will let me do that.
