Create images and graphics for Moodle theme and make the site look pretty

1. We have an s/w training institute and we want to start online training using Moodle.
2. We want you to use an existing moodle theme such as Elision or Genesis and create all necessary graphics/images so that the site will look professional. It includes logo, slide show, etc.
3. Our current site is [login to view URL] from which you can get an idea of what all images and graphics you need to create.
4. You can create one dummy course in Topic format, to which we will add more content on our own. You don't have to build course content. You just have to build the site so that we can create and modify courses.
5. You will need to create this site on your server and once we approve, you will deliver all the files and images (including psd sources).
6. We do not want any customization/changes to moodle code or the theme code. If a change is absolutely necessary, you must get an approval first.
7. You DO NOT have to create your own theme. Must use ready to use/off the shelf theme. Only thing you have to do is to put images and organization/layout of the content.
IMPORTANT:
1. We will not consider bids more than $100.
2. Please post a link where we can see your previous work. We will not consider bids without any reference to past work.
