Create CSV files from a database populated from API call data

I need someone who can set up a basic website with a database, make API calls to get data to populate the database and export the results in CSV format or something easily usable in Excel. At most I see needing a single web page to deal with getting the data from the database into a CSV file that I can download. I am not opposed to being shown how to manually go into the database and export the data that way instead of creating a simple web page interface to do that. I just need raw data and I'm not so concerned with convenience or efficiency right now. As far as the API goes I need someone who I can point to a website's API page and they can figure out how to use it to gather the data I need. Initially I just need single calls so I can see what specific data comes from a specific call input. Once that happens I can figure out which specific calls I need regularly and then I'll need those set up to make regular calls to store in the database. I have several websites I'm interested in but this project will be for just 1 site since there are multiple call types available. Sorry if my terminology isn't correct! So as I see it here are the steps: 1 - create website and database using a free hosting service 2 - make one of each call and save the results in a file format I can use in Excel 3 - once I decide which calls I need, create regular calls to be deposited in the database with export to CSV 4 - create a new job/project to duplicate these function but on the remaining sites I'm interested in
