Complete existing cakephp project with api integration

I have a cake php project that's about 80% done. It needs integration with a popular cloud telephony api and a few other third-party apis. I will send the existing code to qualified programmers. Most of the controllers and plugins are done - you just need to complete the api integration for our custom workflow.
Short-listing candidates have to prove their expertise in cakephp - I will ask a series of questions to test their skill level.
More work will follow on completion.
