Build a Website

I'm looking for a programmer to finish a website that has been partially designed. Please read the "Requirements Functional [url removed, login to view]" and the "[url removed, login to view]" for detailed requirements of the project.

The website is a workout tracking site. The major features to be programmed include paywall restriction through user access levels, recurring membership payment handling, populating graphs and tables with data, a social feed, sharing data to facebook, and a messaging/inbox script.
