Hello I am looking to launch a real estate/property search website in a West African nation. The goal is for the user to go on the website, type the name of an area and obtain hits. Number of views of listings and origin 5. Map based search 5.1. Borders by district 5.2. List to refresh according to zoom level 5.3. Option to disable satellite view 5.4. At specific zoom level, show x% starting with priority for featured listing, then by most recent postings 5.5. Filter overall, sale, rent, price, year built... 6. List view 7. Listing details page 7.1. Show additional details, large map 7.2. Show photos 7.3. Similar listings section 7.4. Print option 8. Agent dashboard 8.1. Manage listings 8.2. Bulk upload of listings 9. Log in / Registration 9.1. User: detailed listing, add to favorites,… 9.2. Professional: create profile, post listings,… 10. Basic content pages 10.1. Such as “About us” and its sub sections, can include title, text and image. 11. Contact Us 11.1. Dynamic module to select the office and retrieve the contact details with google map address. 12.
