I want to build a database web site for doctors.
Doctors should register to the web site to receive credentials via email.
When a doctor login to the website he should be able to create patient profile with national ID. Ex: patient name, sex, age, nationality, adress, phone, email, birthdate, allergy, weight, picture etc...
Then post patient issue, results from laboratory, prescription.
Any doctor should be able to access patient profile and view previous prescriptions posted by previous doctors.
To prevent doctors to create duplicate patient, they should be able to search patient with National ID or email address
The web site should become a central database for doctors to consult all information regarding a patient.
Instead of having a local database at their office on their patient, Doctors will have a central database for all patients.
To have access to the database doctors pay a yearly fee. with credit card or pay in CASH or by check then have access to website.
Doctors should be able publish their certifications, picture,personal info, business info on the web site that can be viewed by any users.
Patient can also access his profile history but can not edit it. Patient only have VIEW access to his profile.
Any users should be able to view doctors profile registerd to the web site (have a view of their professional background)
Doctors can not edit other doctors prescription or comment regarding a patient.
Website should be available in french and english or spanish.
Patient should be able to rate a doctor or share his experience with a doctor.
Only my company should grant or deny doctors access to the web site.
