Build a Website for Samsara

Samsara Project is to build a multi format website with specific reference to the different screen sizes on different mobile devices. The high quantity of picture means for mobile devices this will require significant reformating/ simplification of the PC style website with fewer words and a more interactive click through menu and sliding picture approach. Before the project is awarded I expect clear communication (pdf followed by skype) of deliverables versus a timeline and a clear setting out of any further information requirements by the developer. Therefore there should be neither delay or technical issues specifically wrt formatting amd speed required. 25% upfront payment on project being awarded. First Milestone (25% release of fee): A document outlining the multi format designs for each category of device, type set, position of text and determining the best reservation and calendar management plugins and the preferred language (assume Wordpress). Minimise plugins esp. on home page to maximise speed. This should be a pdf document. Also agreement on a web host, framework and timeframe for page uploads. Project is VERY sensitive to the delivery of a website that achieves upload in a single digit timeframe (less than 8 seconds). Agreement on whether and how a plugin in the caching category can be integrated to execute upload timeframe requirements. Similar agreement around the preferred CDN. Ensure no hotlinking. Second Milestone (25% release of fee): Delivery of the PC format of the website on the agreed host with 5 days of stable continuous testing demonstrating upload consistent with a single digit timeframe. Final milestone and release of balance of fee: Website working across each media, the reservation and calendar plugins working together and delivering a viable multi format website for reservation and bookings. Balance of payment will be released 5 working days of a stable, continuous testing consistent with a single digit timeframe.
