We are looking for a mortgage website that would be able to have search capability for consumers who are searching for loan officers and mortgage companies in all 50 states for mortgage loans and rates. The site would be searchable by state, city and zip code for consumers who are looking for a good loan officer or mortgage professional. The site probably would have php coding, and is database driven, Loan officers will be able to add there photo logo and contact information, website link and have the ability to upload all there information, post what kind of rates they offer, services, and would have a built in lead capture where the consumer has to register on the site to view rates and information, The loan officer on there account would manually have a complete back office for each user once they are signed up as a client and make there own changes. Also they would have rating option, fb, twitter, linked in links as well. The home page can be a design with a map, or city zip code finder search Also the website would have a plug in for real estate listing script already made for real estate listings to be eventually added down the road to post a property feed for all 50 states from a source we can look at it or custom would prefer. We are looking to expedite as soon as possible.
