Build a Website - WordPress Site One Page

I have bought and installed the theme [login to view URL] now I need the home page all setup. I have added various components to the home page but the color scheme needs to be edited, pictures need to be edited. Need the logo edited. Need to make sure it is very visually appealing. This is not a overly complex project, I need a wordpress expert though.

Total budget is $25.00 USD including freelancer fees I need it done within 4 hours.
