Build a Website- Copy a Flash Website

I need a website done in WordPress which is currently done in flash I do not have access to the website so all the content will need to be copied. I need this done very urgently need someone to start working right now and continue until its finished. I have bought this theme for the website [login to view URL] my current developer flaked out on me and again I need the website done very urgently. I will create a milestone for $50.00 and will only release all the money upon completion. Do not bid on my projects, if you are not a WordPress, HTML5 and CSS absolute expert. this is not a large project. But it needs to be done and needs to be done right. Also all work needs to be done on my server, I will provide you with the ftp and Wordpress login.
