Hi all freelancers, I am totally new to website design and implementation - hence me being here :) Firstly, so i don't waste your time - my total budget and what i can pay is $200 ( I'm from South Africa not USA, my currency is ZAR) I am looking to hire a freelancer to build me an e commerce website from start to end product. - Must be someone available for ongoing development of the website if needed. - Type of website wanted = auction/bid website (similar design to ebay) with a few extra options of purchasing the items up for sale - I am assuming this cannot be a WordPress edited theme, needs to be a fully dynamic website.
