Add jwplayer flash player to my website A.S.A.P

I need someone to change my adobe flash player to Jw player and add my logo to it too like i have it now and I need all of the functions working properly . I also need all of the title to show on the preview slide show . Also, The video uploads and embed features should work properly when you upload a new video.
