Complete reskinning of Doodle Kart

I bought the "doodle kart" source code and I require a new theme. ABSOLUTELY All graphics, icons, sound and music must be replaced. Maps must be reskinned and masks updated. I need licences for all sound and music and the graphics must be your original work and not used in any other project.
I would need a strong theme running throughout the game, which can be decided between ourselves.
