Design a logo

I would like to have a logo made for my company Yt Bedre (perform better), which is a combined personal trainer & nutritionist company that focus on combining training, diet and recovery (such as sleep, mobility, etc) for optimal results, in everyday life and at the gym. I have a holistic view on health and would like the logo to symbolise the combination of these three (training, food and recovery). My focus is on functional training, specifically strength with free weights, kettlebells and body weight, always varied and inspiring. As a nutritionist I focus on using foods without labels, i.e. as natural as they come - to be able to provide nutrients for the body and brain to work better. I always take into consideration the client's everyday life and lifestyle and adapt my advice to fit them and their goals. My customers are in the age group 20-75, the majority 20-50 years old. Most of them are after better results at the gym (strength), learning proper technique, lowering fat percentage and staying pain-free/recovering from back-pain. The file should be in high quality, and same width as height. I would like the colours to be white, dark grey and orange/rusty red. The logo should state the name of the company, Yt Bedre. I am open for details in addition to the name itself.
