Design a logo for "Savant Garde"

I am starting a consulting company. It will be called "Savant Garde" and will operate in the following areas: 1) innovation and ideation, 2) leadership coaching, 3) customer experience design , 4) change management and corporate social responsibility. So the name operates i a kind of innovation sphere where some brain power is required. It's a bit creative (avant garde) but smart (savant). The audience are corporate business types, not really creative types. So the logo needs to speak to them. I am open to all ideas but have been thinking of the following as a starter: two hands wringing a brain (easily identified) where the drops or splatter writes the words Savant Garde. If it is two arms, the arms will need to look ok free floating as in a logo. The following imagery might be helpful fodder. I really am open to other ideas. The above is just what I started with.
