Create one very simple graphic

See attached. The existing logo, which I will provide in whatever format you need, is everything except the "U" at the end. All I need to have done is to add the "U" in a font that resembles the one in the attached mockup -- it's a University/Collegiate block-type font (I don't have a font). I would like to have the "U" in blue (the black part of the U) and the border in the same green as the rest of the logo (the white part of the "U" in the mockup). I would also like to see versions to review of the "U" in blue with a gold border (see the University of Michigan logo and its colors) and also a version with the "U" in gold with a blue border. The bottom of the "U" should be even with the text on that line and the "U" itself is larger than the rest of the logo letters. I will need the final version in the common formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS.)
