Convert Blueprint Into Color Vectorized Illustration

I have a blueprint that was created in some sort of architectural program and exported as a .pdf. When opened, the lines are vectorized so I saved it as a .ai file which I've attached in the .zip file. I need the vectorized blueprint to be colorized like the "[login to view URL]" example that is also in the .zip file. I also included a "03 [login to view URL]" satellite view of the property so you can tell what's grass, parking lot, building etc. etc. Please use your color picker to match the color of the grass, parking lot, buildings etc. etc. to the "[login to view URL]" example. I need it to look very similar to the example and I need the file to be layered and easily edible by me when I receive the file so that I can alter any layer as need be. Please download the zip file and look at the files before bidding so you have a very good idea of what will be involved. Thanks for checking out the project and I look forward to working with you.
